During the 2026 season, TOBAY Beach is open daily from June 27 through September 7. Beach facility hours are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., and lifeguards begin duty at 9 a.m.
Daytime beach access is restricted to eligible Town of Oyster Bay residents. The 2026 daily entry fee is $25, while a seasonal parking sticker is $70. A resident purchasing a sticker must bring the vehicle receiving it, matching vehicle registration, and a New York driver’s license showing Town residency.
